Previewing Content Before Generation
Before committing credits to generate content at scale, you can preview content on an individual page. To do this, go to 'Pages', select the prompt you’d like to test and any necessary recipes, and click Preview. This will show you a draft of the content based on your instructions, allowing you to refine the prompt before generating for multiple pages. Using preview helps you validate tone, structure and data use without using credits unnecessarily.
Accessing Generated Content
Navigate to the 'Content' tab in your workspace. Here you’ll see a list of all the content pieces that have been created where each entry includes the URL, type of content, validity, applied prompt, job ID, date of last update and the generated content.
Checking Status
You can check the status of your content (whether it is pending, running or succeeded) either on the top right of the 'Content' page next to 'Result', or in the 'History' tab. The 'History' view will also show past activity/job logs.
Reviewing, Approving and Publishing Content
Once you’re happy with the output, you can approve the content. Approved content is queued for publishing and can be published live to your site via integration. This ensures that only reviewed and approved text is published. If you prefer, you can also export the approved copy for manual publishing through your CMS.
Iterating and Improving
If you’re not satisfied with the output, you can return to your prompts to refine the instructions, adjust rules in your recipes, or preview content on individual pages before regenerating at scale. This allows you to continuously optimise until the generated content matches your requirements.
