Exporting Content from ContentGen.io

ContentGen.io makes it easy to export generated content so you can review, share, or publish it outside the platform.

Accessing Content for Export

After generating content, go to the 'Content' tab in your workspace. Here you can browse through the outputs for each page and decide which pieces are ready for use. If you are satisfied with specific entries, you can mark them as Finished, which also allows you to get them live on your site directly.

Exporting Content

If you want to export content instead of publishing directly:

1. In the Content view, adjust the page display to match the number of items you want to export (e.g. set the view to 100 pages).
2. Select the pages you’d like to include in the export.
3. Click the Export button.
4. Your export will begin processing. Depending on the size, this may take a few minutes.

Once the export is ready, you can find the file under the 'Downloads' tab. It will be provided as a link to a Google Sheet.
